Rough clean
Post-framing/drywall. Bulk debris hauled, sweep, HEPA vacuum, surface prep so the next trade walks in clean. Typical 2,500 sqft new build: $375-$625.
New builds, remodels, custom estates. Rough, in-between, final, photo-ready, and punch-list rescue. HEPA dust containment, track-by-track detail, hand-buffed hardware - so the homeowner runs out of things to flag.
Most clean-up crews show up the day before walkthrough, push the dust around, and bill you for "final." We work every phase - rough, in-between, photo-ready, final - so when the homeowner walks in there's nothing left to find. Pair us with one of your supers and we'll talk in their language.
We bring HEPA vacuums for dust containment, plastic sheeting where it matters, and a phase-by-phase checklist tied to your timeline. Bring us in 48-72 hours before walkthrough and we'll catch the punch-list stuff before the homeowner does - with a photo report so it's on record.
From the bulk debris pull after drywall to the marketing photos a week before listing. Every revenue lane in post-construction has its own checklist, its own crew size, and its own number - not a "we'll quote on-site" guessing game.
Post-framing/drywall. Bulk debris hauled, sweep, HEPA vacuum, surface prep so the next trade walks in clean. Typical 2,500 sqft new build: $375-$625.
Between trades - post-paint, post-flooring, post-trim. HEPA dust capture, tracked-floor protection, tool zones cleared so each trade starts on fresh ground.
Walkthrough-ready. Track-by-track, glass polished, hardware hand-buffed, paint specks scraped. Typical 2,500 sqft home: $1,000-$1,625.
Rough + in-between(s) + final on a custom schedule. Priority scheduling, photo report after each phase, 10-15% off list. Best for new builds & major renos.
Walkthrough in 24 hours and the cleaners didn't show? Call us. Same-day or next-day, focused on every flag a sharp homeowner is about to spot. Premium scheduling - we move things.
For builders, listing agents, and architects shooting the project. Glass dust-free under flash, hardware streak-free, floors tracked-mat-protected until the photographer leaves. Day-of touch-up included.
Standalone or add-on. The punch-list killer - every window track, slider channel, screen, frame, and pane. We bring the dental picks.
Kitchen, bath, addition, or whole-home reno. Smaller footprint, denser detail. Protection of the occupied side, deep-clean of the worked side, dust line at the boundary.
Also offered: garage final clean, debris haul-out for non-dumpster loads, driveway concrete & mortar haze cleanup, exterior pressure wash, dumpster & trade coordination on your behalf, HOA / community common-area construction cleanup. Ask us - if we don't do it, we know who does.
Custom builders, GCs, remodelers, flippers, architects, listing agents, HOA project managers. We come in subcontracted under your COI or we run our own - whatever your project paperwork prefers.
Same workflow for every job, every time. Predictable from quote to clean-up.
After framing/drywall. We get the bulk debris, sweep, vacuum, and prep surfaces for the next trade.
Between phases - paint, flooring, trim. Dust control with HEPA, tracked floors covered, tools out of the way.
Track-by-track detail, polish glass, hand-wipe everything. We don't leave until the GC says it's ready.
$1M general liability + workers comp + auto. W-2 employees, background-checked. Listed as additional insured under your GC policy the day you ask.
The quote is the price. We don't bill for "extra time," because we don't pad jobs. Change-orders are written, signed, and budgeted before we lift a vacuum.
We don't rotate strangers onto your jobsite. The same crew you meet at rough is the crew that does final. They learn your floor plan and your supers' radio codes.
HEPA vacuums, plastic sheeting, zip walls where it matters. Drywall dust doesn't migrate to the finished side - the homeowner's HVAC stays out of it.
Written checklist tied to your build schedule, photo report after every phase. Your project manager has documentation without asking for it - bonus if a question comes up months later.
Free walkthrough attendance the day of. If the homeowner flags anything, we re-clean it on the spot - not "we'll send someone Monday." Your GC walks away with the keys.
Construction clean-up gets hidden behind "we'll quote on-site" because that's how subs pad. Here's what proper post-construction work actually runs in Naples in 2026 - broken into the four ways most jobs get priced.

Every project starts with a 15-minute jobsite walk so we can scope the build honestly. You leave with a flat number, a phase schedule, a COI on file, and a walkthrough date - not a "we'll figure it out at final" handshake.
Common builds, common questions. If yours isn't here, text us.
For final cleans, 48-72 hours before walkthrough is ideal - gives us a buffer for missed paint touch-ups, mortar haze on tile, or that one slider track that always needs a second pass. For rough or in-between, text us a few days ahead and we slot you in. For 3-phase bundles, lock us in at the start of the build - we'll calendar around your trade schedule.
Yes. HEPA vacuums on the rough clean, plastic sheeting and zip-walls where the dust is migrating into the finished side. On renovations into occupied homes we set a dust line at the boundary and air-scrub on the active side. We don't just push the dust around - we capture it.
We haul small debris (drywall scraps, packaging, palette wrap, off-cut trim, leftover tile). For dumpster-level loads we coordinate with your GC's hauler or roll a 15-yard ourselves if you want a single invoice. Hazardous materials (lead, asbestos, mold remediation) go to a certified abatement partner.
Every window & slider track wiped (the punch-list killer), all glass polished interior + exterior, hardware hand-buffed, paint specks scraped off tile + stone, floors mopped and rosin/plastic-protected until walkthrough. Inside every cabinet, drawer, vanity, and closet. Homeowner can run a finger anywhere and it comes back clean.
Yes - or it's the other way around. We carry $1M GL + workers comp + auto and can run as the COI on smaller projects, or get listed under your master policy if your builder of record requires it. Send us your COI form, we'll return it signed same day.
For established GCs & builders, Net 30 is standard. First job with us is usually 50% deposit / 50% on walkthrough, then we move to Net 30 once you're an account. No deposit on jobs under $500 - we just invoice on completion.
Anything we missed on walkthrough is free, no questions, within 24 hours. Items added by a trade after we left (caulk re-touch, last-minute paint, new install dust) are a billed return visit at the in-between rate - not a punch-list re-clean. We document what we left clean with timestamped photos, so the line stays clear.
Yes - that's the photo-ready prep tier. We make the house shoot-ready: glass dust-free under flash, hardware streak-free, fingerprints off everything, floors mat-protected until the photographer leaves, day-of touch-up so the last shot looks like the first. We don't do staging furniture, but we coordinate with whoever you're using.
Yes, often. Kitchen + bath remodels, additions, lanai builds, whole-home renos where the homeowner's living in part of the house. We protect the occupied side, deep-clean the worked side, and walk the line at the dust boundary. The homeowner stays sane, the GC stays clean.
Same crew, same standards. Bundle to save a trip - most homes get two on the same visit.
Send us your build address, square footage, and walkthrough date - we'll text back within the hour with a phase plan, a flat number, and the COI on file. No mystery sub, no day-of "what about this?" panic call.
