All four. Most offices land on a 1×-3×/week contract; medical and high-traffic retail run 5×/week or daily. We also do one-off post-event, end-of-lease, post-construction, and seasonal deep-cleans. No minimum contract length - cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Color-coded microfiber (red for restrooms, blue for clinical, green for breakroom), EPA hospital-grade disinfectants, bloodborne-pathogen-trained crew, HIPAA-aware (we don't read what's on desks, we don't photograph, we don't leave devices logged in). Biohazard cleanup is sub-contracted to a certified partner.
A uniformed crew member on-site during business hours. Restroom checks every 90 minutes, lobby touch-ups, spill response, trash pulls, conference-room resets, vendor traffic. Common in country clubs, medical buildings, luxury retail, and offices with frequent client traffic. 4-hour daily minimum; most contracts run 6-8 hours.
All three. VCT strip & wax every 9-12 months ($0.60-$0.95/sqft), carpet steam extraction quarterly in SWFL humidity ($0.30-$0.50/sqft), tile & grout deep clean with optional sealer ($0.75-$1.25/sqft). We own the truck-mount and the burnisher - not subbed out, not rented.
Both. The science is legitimate - charged particles wrap surfaces a wipe-down misses (back of chairs, undersides of keyboards, doorframes). It's worth it during flu season, post-outbreak, or for medical and fitness spaces. It's not worth paying weekly for if your normal janitorial is already EPA-N disinfecting. We'll tell you if you don't need it.
From first text to first clean: usually 5-10 business days. Day 1 walkthrough, day 2 written scope & quote, day 3-4 COI & agreement, then we schedule. Emergency or "current vendor just fired us" situations - we've started a contract in 48 hours when we have crew availability.
Yes - we sign your NDA, your vendor agreement, your visitor protocol, and your access policy. Law firms, medical offices, and family-office clients usually require it. We also sign a one-page mutual NDA of our own that protects both sides if you don't have one.
Either. Default is we bring all cleaning chemicals, microfiber, and equipment. You provide paper goods (toilet paper, hand towels, soap) and trash liners - or we manage that on a billed pass-through if you'd rather not handle vendor accounts. Custom soap, hand sanitizer, or air-freshener brands are no problem.
